Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. This policy explains when and how you can get your money back. AceStudy is operated by Bartosz Kamecki, trading as AceStudy (eenmanszaak), KVK 42170165, Reitseplein 318, 5037 AA Tilburg, the Netherlands. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders — Paddle processes all payments and refunds. Contact: contact@acestudy.nl.

1. Digital content and the right of withdrawal

AceStudy sells digital content, and your access opens as soon as your payment clears. EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. For digital content that right can end early — but only where the seller asks for your express consent to immediate delivery and you acknowledge losing the right. Our checkout does not currently ask for that, so we do not treat the right as waived. In practice what governs your refund is section 2 below: it is more generous than the statutory minimum in the cases that actually come up, and section 3 sets out where it stops.

2. When we refund

  • Technical problems:if the product doesn't work and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you get a full refund.
  • Not as described: if the content materially differs from what the product page promised, contact us within 14 days of purchase.
  • Duplicate or mistaken purchase:contact us within 14 days and we'll sort it out.

3. When we don't refund

  • Requests made after the exam the product prepares you for.
  • Accounts suspended for violating our Terms (e.g. account sharing or redistributing content).
  • "I didn't use it" alone, after substantial access.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@acestudy.nl from the address on your account, with your order number (you'll find it in the receipt from Paddle). You can also contact Paddle directly via the link in your receipt. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
